Following a few impressions from the cooking demo. Lastly we presented "Kaiserschmarren" a shredded pan cake Austrian style.

First we shaved a seasonal salad with Brussel sprouts and radicchio
For the soup course I married bean soup consomme with house-made almond milk.
It was tons of fun when I demonstarated how to "instant" smoke with the smoking gun.
Next I decided to use Zip Loc bags to sous vide salmon. In this way everybody is going to be able to duplicate the recipe at home.
Lastly we presented "Kaiserschmarren" an Austrian style shredded pan cake. (no picture)
