I design operational playbooks, labor models, and cost structures that allow brands to grow without margin erosion.
As a founding operator behind DIG, by CHLOE, and HU Kitchen, I built the systems that powered each brand’s transition to high-volume, multi-unit execution.
I work at the intersection of culinary excellence and operational finance. I am the operator who can design a menu and defend unit economics in a board meeting.
